Clipzu is not a separately incorporated company. The Refund Policy explains billing support, refund requests, and applicable consumer remedies. Contact and requests For customer support, billing, refunds, privacy questions, account-access problems, or copyright concerns, email support@clipzu.com. You can email us without signing in to Clipzu. Include the subject of your request and enough information for us to understand it. Never send passwords, full card numbers, or payment security codes. For a billing request, include the charge date, amount, currency, and receipt or transaction reference. If your receipt identifies another seller, use that seller's buyer-support route as well. Privacy and browser storage The Privacy Policy describes account and media data, transcription, Auto Clipper's external AI integration, authentication cookies and browser storage, retention, backups and account-deletion limitations.
