Refund Policy

Effective date: 23 October 2026 Last updated: 23 October 2026 This Policy explains how to request help with a Clipzu payment, subscription, or paid feature. It does not limit any right or remedy that applicable law does not allow a business to exclude. 1. Who to contact Contact the seller identified in your checkout and receipt using the billing contact shown there. You may also contact Clipzu at support@clipzu.com. If a payment provider is identified as the seller for your transaction, follow the buyer-support instructions on your receipt as well. 2. Cancellation and refunds Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals when the cancellation has been completed under the process shown for your account. Keep the confirmation and check its effective date. Cancellation does not by itself refund a charge that has already been made. A request after a renewal is not automatically a refund. Statutory withdrawal, termination, price-reduction, refund, and other consumer remedies are separate from ordinary subscription cancellation and remain available where they apply. 3. Requesting a review Contact the responsible seller if you believe that: - you were charged more than once or for the wrong amount; - a payment was not authorized; - you were charged after completing cancellation; - a paid plan was not activated; - a material fault repeatedly prevented you from using a paid feature; or - you have a withdrawal, refund, price-reduction, termination, or other right under applicable law. Tell us the email address on the account, the date and amount of the charge, its currency, the receipt or transaction reference, and what happened. For a technical problem, include relevant error messages or screenshots. Do not send a full card number, security code, password, or other payment credentials. The responsible seller will review the transaction and the information needed to assess the request. The seller may ask for relevant additional details and will explain the decision and any available next step. We do not promise a fixed review time. 4. Billing errors and unauthorized payments If the transaction record confirms a duplicate or incorrect charge, the responsible seller will address the error under the transaction terms and applicable law. If you do not recognize a payment, contact the seller using the details on your receipt and your bank or payment provider promptly. You may use a dispute process available through your payment provider; doing so does not waive rights you have under law. 5. Paid features, outages, and exports If a paid feature is unavailable, an export fails repeatedly, or an output has a material technical defect, contact the responsible seller and describe what you were trying to do and what happened. Where appropriate, the seller may first try to restore the feature or help complete the task. Any repair, continued access, price reduction, refund, termination, or other remedy required by law remains available. A brief interruption or an unsuccessful export does not by itself determine whether a refund is due. Each request is assessed in light of the paid offer, the cause and effect of the problem, and applicable law. Clipzu does not promise that every export will succeed. 6. Withdrawal and other legal remedies Some laws give consumers a time-limited right to withdraw from an online contract. Other laws provide remedies when a paid digital service is not supplied or does not conform to the contract. Whether a right applies, its deadline, and any required notice or consent depend on the transaction and the law that applies to you. Use the withdrawal method provided with your purchase or contact support@clipzu.com. Ordinary subscription cancellation is not necessarily a statutory withdrawal. Starting to use Clipzu does not by itself establish that you gave any consent or acknowledgement required by law. 7. Taxes, plan changes, and payment processing The offer and checkout for your purchase state the plan, amount, currency, billing interval, renewal terms, taxes or additional charges, and any trial or promotion that applies. Check those details before you confirm a purchase or plan change. Your receipt identifies the transaction and its seller. A refund amount, tax adjustment, credit, or treatment of unused subscription time depends on the transaction terms and applicable law. If a payment provider must return funds, the time for the funds to appear can depend on that provider and your bank. Clipzu does not promise a fixed posting time. 8. Complaints If you disagree with the response to a billing or refund request, reply to the responsible seller using the contact on your receipt or contact Clipzu at support@clipzu.com. You may also contact a bank, card issuer, consumer authority, or dispute-resolution body where applicable law permits. Nothing in this Policy waives a statutory right, limits a lawful payment dispute, or requires you to give up a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
